The Illusion of Independence
The political system of this country is built on the false promises of each of its six presidents, who became billionaires after leaving office, and on the consistent violation of constitutional laws—in other words, on lies. Both revolutions on Maidan ended in deceit as well and failed to bring improvement; instead, they led to a 100% devaluation of the national currency each time. This was a deliberate devaluation of local money, benefiting those with dollar accounts, enabling them to amass greater wealth within the country.
The war has exposed the fraudulent underside of the country and its ruling class, which misled the broader world and its own citizens—citizens who, over 33 long years of Ukraine’s "independence," have not learned to fight for their rights.
For over 20 years, since 2004, the Ukrainian authorities and officials have misled the public and continue to uphold the deception that Ukrainian is the language of the overwhelming majority of citizens. In reality, this language is native to less than 15% of the population. The largest and most significant cities—Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, including Kyiv—are Russian-speaking, as is the entire East, Donbas, and, of course, Crimea.
A referendum on language has never been held, and, in fact, Ukrainian was declared the state language unilaterally.
The adoption of the Kivalov/Kolesnichenko law—proposed by pro-Russian politicians—was logically used to inflame internal conflicts. But who supported it, and how? The Ukrainian parliament operates as a large cash register, so there is little reason to be surprised by the passage of anti-civil laws.
Banning advertisements in Russian—or in the language of the majority of the population with the highest purchasing power—is an economic crime.
The direct division of citizens into two opposing camps, the ban on Russian-language literature, the transition of all school and university subjects to Ukrainian, the artificial imposition of the language, and, finally, the losses in culture and the arts cannot be seen as anything other than a crime against humanity, freedom of expression, or simply a well-known and long-standing form of discrimination.

an army, but, there is no country that can exist without music, painting or cinema - joy, which is the Art! No government assistance program was proposed for creative persons, for all those who create art. These people, men under the age of 60, like others, are forbidden to travel abroad. How to survive? Unlike most European and North and South American countries, this pandemic has passed or been replaced by war and has had a devastating impact on Ukraine, leading to the most serious cultural crisis in recent times. How to support families? How to save the art of Ukraine?! Would not the definition of 'discrimination' be too modest to state what is happening here and now?

The Trump administration informed European officials of its intention to ensure a ceasefire in Ukraine by Easter, Bloomberg reports, citing sources.
Earlier, on December 7, 2024, U.S. President-elect Donald Trump held a meeting in Paris with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and French President Emmanuel Macron.
During this meeting, Trump expressed his desire to achieve an immediate ceasefire and initiate negotiations for a swift resolution of the conflict.

HOVA (the regional authority) announced a mandatory evacuation of the adult population from 10 settlements of the Borov community, including the village of Borovaya
According to him, since September 10, more than 5,300 residents of settlements in the Kupyansk direction have already been evacuated to safe places, of which 251 are children. And also 1181 people from the villages and villages of the Borovsky direction, of which 137 are children.

It is difficult to explain the reasons for the lack of real air defense in the second, by meaning, city and first military hub in Ukraine.
In parallel with the operation of the armed forces in Kursk, Kharkov is subjected to heavy bombardments every day. People die, homes are destroyed and, as is often the case, outside of the city there is already a habit and criminal tranquility to what happens here.
It is also unexplainable that no effort has been made to protect this city since February 2022.

But every citizen who was interested in art before - exhibitions, concerts - can save on tickets: everything is closed four years.So, if your relatives or you are not dead, have not immigrated - boredom awaits you only at home (until you received the bill for utilities) or in a bomb shelter, - time to time, you can get away from the heavy thoughts at the gas station, in the supermarket or booking train' tickets.

Fourth Year of the War…
I’m referring to musicians, actors, or artists whose activities were halted by the pandemic, which was then followed by the war. The situation is especially difficult in the old capital of Ukraine, the intellectual center of the country, and in the border city of Kharkiv.
You know how talented Ukrainian artists can be, but the state provides no support for them. As you may be aware, this category of citizens is prohibited from leaving the country, just like other men.
Moreover, discussions about the war and the President’s travels overshadow the fact that the heart or culture of this country is under an unprecedented attack. And, brave soldiers are defending, among other things, this very culture. Simply pushing back the aggressor isn’t enough; we need to restore conditions for creativity, but none of us here dreams about that in the near future. The aid provided by international organizations to our state is regularly delayed by corrupt officials in Kyiv. And, since the beginning of the war, it has amounted to 60 euros per month. No one can survive on that amount here. Additionally, food prices have doubled, and in some cases, tripled. How do you like my little report?

Despite the stable difficult situation in the region, shelling and danger, the tragic event of May 25 - the shooting of a large supermarket together with visitors and employees here, citizens of the city shocked what happened in Kiev on July 8.The inventiveness of the killers is, in fact, boundless: these Russian «specialists» were able to bypass the most powerful in Ukraine antiaircraft defense and send missiles to the target. What are these objectives? Of course, residential, office buildings where ordinary citizens were. And, this time, the Kremlin’s leader outdid himself - the target of his attack became... children...sick children and their doctors! The details are well known to the world now.
